The Role:
The Project Director will oversee the "100 Cities" expansion, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring the strategic alignment of the "One City, One Operator" model. This is a high-impact role requiring visionary leadership and operational excellence.
📌 Management & Associate Openings
We offer one opening per campus/institution per position.
1. HR Assistant Manager
Focus:
Global recruitment and policy implementation.
Key Tasks:
Manage employee relations and mentor interns.
2. Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager
Focus:
Global brand presence and lead generation.
Key Tasks:
Execute marketing campaigns for Aviation & EdTech; analyze ROI.
3. Fintech Assistant Manager
Focus:
Financial product development and automation.
Key Tasks:
Research global payment integrations for Aviation and training platforms.
4. Non-IT Content Assistant
Focus:
SEO-driven storytelling and industry research.
Key Tasks: Create high-quality content regarding Aviation, Travel, and Finance.
5. Business Development Associate (BDA)
Focus:
Market expansion and strategic partnerships.
Key Tasks:
Identify new revenue streams and craft pitch proposals.

Education:

Experience:
