Design & structure multiple Training Programs
Lead Trainers, Coordinators & Mentors
Create Skill Matrix, TNA & Training Frameworks
Build “Train the Trainer (TTT)” ecosystem
Drive strategic growth & Revenue
For Coordinator (L&D)
Manage daily operations of Programs
Coordinate with students, Trainers & teams
Ensure smooth execution of sessions
Support onboarding & engagement
Assist in scaling enrollments
